Lively Realty was established in 1984 by Linda Lively who, at the time, was operating as Lively Insurance Brokers Ltd. In 1986 Linda's husband, Harry, resigned as manager of the local Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce to join the company. It was in February 2000 when Allison IsBell, the daughter of Harry and Linda moved back to Nanton and obtained her Real Estate license and in February 2007 Allison’s husband Marvin IsBell, acquired his license to join the family business.  Both Marvin and Allison grew up in Nanton and returned to raise their family.  In addition to family we have Wendy Cochlan from Stavely, Bob Dyck and Shannon Holick from High River and Victor Czop from Nanton on our team.

Wendy was born and raised west of Stavely, moved away for 20 years, but  can happily say she is back home, on the ranch.  Upon moving back to Stavely in 1998, she obtained her real estate license that same year, and began working for Homestead Realty in Claresholm until her boss semi-retired to his ranch in the fall of 2005 at which time she joined Lively Realty Ltd.

Bob Dyck joined Lively Realty Ltd in May of 2008.  Bob resides in High River and has held his Realtors Brokers Licence since 1977 and is well known for conducting some of Western Canada 's largest Real Estate Auctions. After many years in the livestock industry as a producer and marketer, he is now focusing his efforts in the rural Real Estate field.

Our team offers full time Realtors that are available 7 days a week, we are members of the Calgary Real Estate Board which gives our clients Multiple Listing Service (M.L.S.) and over 5000 Calgary Real Estate Board members access to your listings. Being members of the Calgary Real Estate Board also enables us access to all the listings in the area to better serve your needs.

Lively Realty is a community minded company, we are all very active within the community and are members of several different organizations. We all volunteer our time and energy to try and  make our towns a better place to live. We are on top of what is happening within and around Nanton and area and know what the market is doing and has been doing for many years. In addition to Nanton and district, Harry Lively also works extensively throughout Alberta and BC in the farm and ranch industry and, is qualified to represent you professionally in this area.  Marvin IsBell is currently working with Harry in this specialized field to gain more experience and knowledge in-order to maintain the quality level of service for in the future.
