Allison IsBell is a full time Realtor and has been in the industry since 2000, in 2002 she became the Broker of Lively Realty Ltd, in 2016 she become the Owner of the business along with her husband Marvin IsBell who is also a Realtor and works in partnership with her. Allison is very involved in both her business and the local community. Allison continually volunteers and supports her community, she has held positions on numerous boards including the Hubcap Society, Nanton Future Foundation, Nanton Minor Hockey, Nanton Minor Ball, Nanton Ladies Curling Club and President of the Nanton Golf Club. She loves her community and understands the importance of investing in her community. She is proud to call Nanton her home and is pleased she has had the opportunity to raise her 3 children here.

Marvin IsBell is a full time City of Calgary Fireman and owns Lively Realty Ltd with his wife Allison. Although Marvin no longer works in Real Estate he enjoyed his time working in the industry. Marvin grew up in Nanton and understands the importance of supporting your local community, he is actively involved in numerous organizations as a volunteer and in his spare time thoroughly enjoys the outdoors and all the activities that come with.

Alexi is a full time Realtor working in the Southern Alberta area. After completing her Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction at the University of Calgary, she moved back to her hometown of Nanton with her husband to begin her career in Real Estate. Alexi enjoys working in the residential market and is passionate about marketing and design. She is proud to be the third generation of Lively's working at Lively Realty Ltd.

Colin Harty is a Realtor who was born and raised in Nanton. After graduating high school, Colin spent some time in Calgary working as a landscape foreman and attending SAIT Polytechnic College. After obtaining a business diploma with a major in marketing, Colin moved back to Nanton to begin his Real Estate career. Colin has many rural and residential connections in Nanton and surrounding areas. He is excited to share his knowledge of this great area with new families!

Martyna remains licensed to trade in real estate, but is currently furthering her education in Arizona. After completing her associate degree in communications while rodeoing for the Central Arizona College, Martyna moved home to begin her Real Estate career. Martyna has spent the majority of her life in Pincher Creek and is well connected in the rural and residential markets. She has enjoyed working in the family business as another third-generation Lively working at Lively Realty Ltd.

Victor Czop has lived and worked throughout the Province with 30 years in the transportation, construction and energy industries. Victor obtained his Residential and Commercial Real Estate License in 2005 while residing in High River for 15 years, he became a resident of Nanton in 2008 and then joined the Lively Realty Ltd. team to pursue quality of life and business.

After 37 years as a licensed Realtor Harry has officially retired. Harry currently spends his winters in Arizona where he enjoys golfing and the warmer weather. He has been an invaluable mentor to his daughter Allison IsBell and his granddaughters Alexi Lively and Martyna Lively.

Bob Dyck has officially retired after many years as a licensed Realtor. In 1977 Bob became licensed as an Alberta Real Estate Broker then organized and conducted the first major land auction in Western Canada, the historic Round Up Ranch in the Porcupine Hills.
Bob has gained a wealth of knowledge that is invaluable today in the brokering of rural land. He organized the restructuring of the Fort McLeod Auction Ltd. in 1974, and then as President and General Manager, constructed Highwood Livestock Auction in High River and negotiated the purchase of Community Auctions Sales in Pincher Creek & Cranbrook, B.C. as well as Prime Feeders td. Custom feedlot in Granum. AB. The company also co-founded the Canadian Satellite Livestock Auction, one of Canada’s original electronic marketing systems.
Throughout his career he contributed to the community in many ways. Along with Shawn Hansen in 2004 he was recognized by the Petroleum Association of Canada for ten years of Auctioneering services at the annual STARS AIR Ambulance Gala. Bob has provided auction services for many charitable fundraisers like the Roan House Gala, Millarville Ag. Society and many 4H Sales in Southern Alberta. He also served as a volunteer for the Calgary exhibition and Stampede, and was elected to the board of directors from 1994 to 2005. During those years he served as Director responsible for numerous committees, highlighted but the Indian Events Committee for four years and the Stampede rodeo Committee from 2002 to 2004.
